At ProNorthParts, we take pride in offering global shipping on nearly all our parts, dispatching from our warehouse in Northland, New Zealand. Shipping rates are determined during the checkout process and vary based on the part's size and destination.
Efficient Delivery and Secure Packaging
As an online-only business, we do not offer pickups from our warehouse. However, we are committed to prompt order processing and secure packaging to ensure your parts reach you safely.
Place your orders on the ProNorthParts website using our PayNow payment option before 2pm NZST, Monday through Friday, and we'll ship your items the same day!* (Excludes large items)
For urgent shipments, please place your order through our website checkout as it is the fastest method. Email and phone orders may take longer to process.
Estimated Delivery Times - New Zealand:
- North Island: 1 - 2 Business days
- South Island: 1 - 3 Business days
- Rural Delivery: Add 1 business day

Tax Invoices and Shipping Partners
Tax invoices are available upon request with every purchase. Simply let us know in your order comments, and we'll send one your way!
We work with reliable shipping partners, including New Zealand Post, DHL, and Mainfreight, to deliver your parts as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business days.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
By placing an international order, you agree that ProNorthParts is not responsible for any such fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made to your local customs authorities in a timely manner.
If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges and your order is held, returned, or destroyed as a result, the following terms apply:
Return to Sender: If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, you will be liable for:
- All return shipping fees
- The original shipping fees to your destination country.
- A restocking or cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order total
Abandonment or Destruction: If the package is abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise rendered undeliverable due to refusal to pay customs charges:
- No refund will be issued
- You remain liable for the full order value
