Returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. All returned items are inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to approve or decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions below.

30 Day Easy Returns Policy

You may return or cancel an order within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit if you change your mind or order the incorrect part.

To be eligible for a return:

the item must be returned in the same condition it was received in
the item must not be damaged, modified, or tampered with
the item must not have been installed or used
return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to the specialised and often one-off nature of used motorcycle parts, approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Returns That Are Not Eligible

Returns will not be accepted if:

the item has been tampered with.
the item has been modified.
the item has been damaged after delivery.
the item has been installed or used.
electrical items that may be damaged by a customer’s faulty electrical system.

High Wear & Disposable Items

Due to their high wear and disposable nature, we do not guarantee or warranty the condition of any bearings, brake pads, seals, gaskets, o-rings, tyres and tyre tubes.

We recommend inspecting and replacing these items before use where necessary.
