Damaged condition cylinder, there is a small chip that has broken off the top of the cylinder inner.

Plating is worn. Will require repairs before use - see photos for details on extent of damage.

Threads in good shape, gasket surface is good, signs of use and wear. 

Cleaned and checked over by our parts team.
